SUMMARY
-
Investors can be divided into two groups, the sophisticated and the unsophisticated.
-
The Sophisticated investor has knowledge of the industry, is aware of current market conditions and will be a tough customer to impress. They will carefully review all your documentation but their approval means you are doing something right.
-
The unsophisticated investor will have a more personal interest in your project but may be more difficult to manage.
